If you would like to schedule a fire extinguisher practice for your group, complete the Event Request Form below, or call Public Education Department at (815) 385-0075, at least two weeks in advance. 

You will need to provide the fire extinguishers used for the practice.  MTFPD personnel will provide the instruction on correct use, and provide a fully supervised live fire for practice.
