Hundreds of products are recalled each year because of safety issues. Many of these products, such as appliances, can be recalled due to the risk of fire.

When purchasing a new appliance we highly recommend that you register your product with the product manufacturer so if they issue a recall they can notify you. You can check the following websites for current and past recalled products:
